Claim Letter
This claim letter was written in response to an assignment in my Introduction to Technical Writing class. Both the client to whom I am sending the letter and the company with which I associate my name are fictional. This letter was created as a simple demonstration of my understanding of the concept and format of a claim letter.

Adjustment Letter
As in my claim letter, I wrote this adjustment letter in order to solve a fictional dilemma.

About Me
- Michelle Gorges
- I am currently a third year student at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. I have created this blog as a means of displaying my writing, designing, and editing experience and abilities as I pursue a double major in English (emphasis Technical Writing) and Spanish Language and Literature. At present, I am searching for a full-time internship for the summer of 2012, as well as any opportunity to expand my technical writing portfolio.
